Jirnodhar (जीर्णोद्धार)
A 4000 sqft Konkan home where time lingers in lime-plastered walls and oxide-kissed floors. The past isn't erased—it's carefully revived, breathing through timbered ceilings and sun-dappled courtyards. This isn't just restoration; it's a quiet dialogue between heritage and renewal, where tradition stands tall, effortless, and full of life once more.

The Ask
The client wanted to bring their 150-year-old Konkan home back to life—not just patch it up, but let it breathe again. The lime-plastered walls, the oxide-finished floors, the old timber—none of it was just for show. It was about holding onto the past without getting stuck in it. The house had stories to tell, and the job was to make sure it could still speak, still stand, still matter.
